Stayed for a long weekend recently. House is great, easy to find & short walk to main street. A fantastic, spotless house only wish it was mine. Can’t recommend it enough to everyone.

Exceptional accommodation and location with ease of access to restaurants and attractions

Gorgeous flat, everything and more than you could ever desire for a short break away. Comfy beds and furnishings, well equipped kitchen and bathroom. We were prepared and brought our own baking trays but didn't need them. Espresso coffee machine and being so close to shops and restaurants and harbour walks was a lovely suprise. Excellent location. Only thing we did struggle with were the intrusions on how the access the entertence to the flat, it would have been better if it said enterence to staircase to flat left hand end of block, our something to that effect. Also too many emails but I think this is a booking.com thing. But it wouldn't stop us visiting again.

Lovely clean & well equipped apartment. Great location for local amenities in Anstruther. We were able to find parking outside even though not allocated. Would definitely stay again. Only slight negative was that the WiFi was very poor and kept dropping out every few minutes.

We're a family with 2 young kids and found this to be an ideal place for us. Got the impression the place was recently renovated - furniture, floors, carpets etc all seemed brand new. Large rooms with plenty of space to roam around. Clean towels, linen etc provided and never had any issues finding on-street parking right outside. Harbour, chippy, pubs/restaurants all within a 2 mins walk from the front door, couldn't ask for more.

Excellent location. Flat very clean and comfortable. Kitchen had everything you need if cooking. Good shower. Would definitely stay again.

This was a perfect location for a weekend away with the dog. House was 5 minutes from the beach. Cosy, clean and a good size.

The flat is absolutely gorgeous. Very modern and very clean. The beds were extremely comfy to the point we all slept in until 9:30 and had to do a mad dash to be out by 10. The owner even said that we could get in early if we wanted to as it was all ready, that was extra nice. Great variety of condiments and tea/coffee etc. We loved the house and the kids didn't want to leave. Right in the centre of the village and next to everything. Always managed to get parked outside the property too which is always a bonus. Thanks.

We had a perfect few days at sea breeze between Christmas and New year with our adult daughters. The flat was warm, so comfortable and very clean and modern with a lot of lovely additional touches that are often missing from a holiday let.

The Puffling gave us the cosiest hug all weekend!! So clean, so warm and just the best place to curl up and relax.

The apartment was lovely and well equipped, very homely. Everything you would need was provided. My only feedback to make it absolutely perfect is to do with the lighting as you exit the building, maybe a sensor at bottom of the stairwell so outside light is on before you exit, only an issue in winter months. As a family of 5 we stayed here for a long weekend and wished we’d booked for longer. Pittenweem is a beautiful village with glorious sunrises and sunsets every day we were there. We loved walking the dog along the coast to different towns and villages. The house was perfectly located with stunning views from the front. The house was very clean and well equipped for our needs. We will be returning

Spent three nights here recently with my husband and our two dogs. I've stayed a few times before and really enjoy the house as it's well equipped with everything I need and has a stunning view to wake up to from the main bedroom. The fully enclosed garden is ideal too. The newly decorated bathroom is lovely to use. I will definitely be back again.

Very comfy well equipped flat

we both noticed that the double bed appears to sag towards the middle; many beds of this design I've used in the past have a central supporting strut and beam to avoid the base sagging. we did not use the dishwasher - it had a stale aroma and we felt it best left alone; also the 2 pans I extracted from the pots cupboard needed cleaned before use.

Gorgeous house in Pittenweem. Furnished beautifully and has everything you need. Perfect location to the seafront and walking distance to the small high street with a lovely cafe. Stunning walk into Anstruther. Would highly recommend.

Home from home, very comfortable with everything you want in a property. Lovely decor throughout with a lot of thought gone into the property. Well maintained. Well located for Anstruther harbour (5min walk) I can’t recommend this property enough. A credit to the owners.

Wow absolutely beautiful apartment in a stunning location. Spotlessly clean with a lovely clean smell in every room. Beds so comfortable with good quality linen and great shower and bathroom. Would definitely recommend and hopefully come back soon I didn’t want to leave.

We had a fantastic stay. The location was excellent, with everything close by — a good gym just around the corner, some brilliant pubs, and even amazing fish and chips nearby. The apartment itself was spotless — clean, modern, and really well looked after. Parking was no problem at all, with plenty of spaces available and very reasonably priced (only £1.50 for 3 hours). All in all, a great place to stay. Would definitely recommend and happily return!

Really love the location, easy drive up to St Andrew’s, beds and shower were great and comfortable. Enough room for 4 adults. Would appreciate a couple extra hooks (back of door?) for towels and we could not find the coffee pods at the Coop. Would have been a problem if we stayed a couple more days which we gladly would do in the future.

Another fantastic stay. The apartment is so clean, comfy and well furnished, it has everything you need, with lovely views at the front to the sea and back over the golf course, also and generally a great location. The owners are super helpful - going above and beyond to help us when we locked ourselves out to solve our problem.

The house is lovely,very well the location was perfect as our grandchildren came for a visit we loved the West Braes,the volunteers were so friendly and the snack bar crazy golf and tidal pool were all a huge success.We enjoyed chips from Anstruthet,Clock cafe Shop Ahoy Ice-cream Parlour were all fab too.

We have had the best time with our children (11 and 16) and our dog - a very well equipped and clean apartment. Perfectly located on the Main Street and the views from the living room were just incredible. We would love to return!

We absolutely loved our stay at Sea Breeze. It’s perfectly placed in the village, clean and welcoming, with all the facilities and extras you could need. We wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

Yet another great trip to May Isle with the kids. The flat is well located and in walking distance to everything in Anstruther and a great base for travelling around Fife. The flat is always very clean and tidy and has everything that we need. We have even booked to come back next year when we were staying this time.

We stayed at the Anchorage for a few days whilst visiting the brilliant arts festival in Pittenweem. The house was perfect for us - it's spacious, very clean and well equipped, with comfy beds. There's a lovely sunny patio outside and we appreciated the parking spaces too. We loved being able to walk from the house to explore Pittenweem and the coast and tidal pool.

This is one of the nicest Air BnB's I have ever stayed in. It was immaculately clean and beautifully furnished in a retro style, so much thought must have gone into it. Lovely prints and paintings, comfortable furniture and plenty of mugs, plates, pans etc. provided in the kitchen. The flat is in a perfect location - very close to the harbour but in a quiet street. Would highly recommend.

A superb property that is an ideal place with plenty parking. The whole 4 bedroom 3 toilet flat is in great condition - spotless and very comfortable. The information sent beforehand was extremely helpful and the photos are an accurate picture of what to expect. I would highly recommend The Anchorage and look forward to a return stay.

location is great and place is cosy felt like in home very clean and tidy rooms are big and comfortable also the view from living room is breathtaking. The curtains in bedrooms if change to classic would be advantage. Bathroom sink if changing to modern way is sufficient for travelers.

The apartment was spotless and cozy. Located in a quiet building just a minute away from harbour, cafes, pubs, restaurants, shops, and pharmacies. It's the ideal location if you're planning a trip to the Isle of May. The town itself is ideal for a relaxing break by the sea: lively, well-kept, and charming (but not overrun by tourists).

Superb stay, lovely clean, well equipped apartment. Fantastic shower, nice and powerful. Small dog with us, along with family and plenty space. All the wee extras was a nice touch, tea, coffee, milk sachets, even dog essentials. Having the key safe, was great as enabled us to come and go more easily. Although no parking, there was plenty free street parking a short walk away. Will definitely book again. Love Anstruther xx

We had a fantastic 6 nights at the puffling! It was spotlessly clean and great size flat.We explored the East Newk and the puffling is a perfect base to do this ! We made amazing family memories on this trip. The beach and all amenities in Anstruther are right on your doorstep,couldn't have picked a better spot! The communication is fantastic from this company and we will definitely be back! I highly recommend!

The flat has every thing tha you could need It is equipped with nice furniture and everything is of the highest quality. I loved the carving of a thistle on the headboard of the double bed, couldn't use the heavy duvet as it was too warm.

The apartment was perfect to visit different parts of the coastal path and is ideal for walkers nice quiet location. Comfortable bed and all equipment you need to make this very homely, the furniture is very 70s retro not my taste but comfortable enough would definitely be back

Apartment was spotless! Everything you could possibly need on a break. Nice gesture of fresh bread with jams and some biscuits as a snack. Very central with super views of the harbour.

Lovely flat which is why we have returned a few times! Just a couple of small niggles:- No sponges or cloths to clean dishes and worktops, couple of stains on main bedroom carpet, just feel these little things are best attended to before it adds up to a bigger job. Also, feel a small coffee pod machine would be better than a chocolate machine? But maybe that's just me!

Just spent short stay at the beautiful apartment Sea Sound in Cellardyke. Highly recommend as very comfortable and well equipped. Short walk into Anstruther or short drive round the East Neuk. You'll not be disappointed.

Sea Breeze is a lovely apartment; spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished and fitted, with everything you need for a holiday break. We slept well in an extremely comfortable bed, and the bathroom shower is good quality with great water pressure. The location is really convenient - 2 minutes walk from the harbour and with some very good restaurants within 5 minutes walk (we'd recommend The Waterfront, The Bank, and Rockies.) There is free parking on the street outside the apartment, and we were always able to find a space there. Anstruther is also a great base for exploring the Fife coast, with lots to see and do within a very short drive. We'd highly recommend Sea Breeze, and look forward to staying there again.

At Anchor (with a Harbour View) is a lovely, comfortable place to stay, bright, welcoming, and with amazing views over the harbour. It’s got everything you need for a relaxing break, and the little touches around the flat make it feel cared for. The location is quiet but still close to everything, and just watching the boats come and go is a real treat. A great spot to slow down and recharge.

Lovely stay in this cosy and well-furnished flat in Anstruther. Great location just a few minutes from the Dreel Tavern and a nice walk to the beach or into the centre of Anstruther. As other commenters have noted, there is no longer a clear view of the Isle of May but you can still see the sea from the livingroom windows! Would really recommend.

My friends and I had a great time at The Sea Sound. It's in a perfect location in a beautiful part of the world. The cottage is cosy, clean and well-equipped. We hope to be back!

Just back from a lovely 2 night stay in the Sea Breeze apartment in Anstruther. This is superb holiday let, decorated and furnished to a really high standard. The property is also in an excellent location within an easy stroll to all the local, shops, bars and restaurants. Highly recommended!We look forward to returning again in the future.

The apartment was very clean. The bed was really comfy. Easy check service and the link to the app for more info, was very convenient too. The apartment felt cosy and warm during cold February evenings. We would recommend to our friends/family. Its a very short walk to Anstruther and also around a 30 min walk to Pittenweem along the coastal path. My only criticism would be the shower, the water pressure was a bit low and shower head small. But that wouldn't necessarily deter another stay. We would happily return.

We're just back after a few days at Sea Breeze. What a wee gem of a house! Location was perfect - so handy for wandering along to the shops; visiting the Scottish Fisheries Museum and RNLI shed; pub at the end of the road; three options for fish suppers and a super wee tapas restaurant just across the road! My car did not move from Friday until we left on the Tuesday. The house is so well furnished and equipped and very comfortable - Daryl has thought on everything.

Lovely apartment in the centre of Anstruther. Amazing sea views out of the lounge and master bedroom window. Well equipped and spacious with plenty of space for two adults and two older teenagers. Amazing base to explore this amazing area. This is the second property we have booked through Guide us Breaks and definitely won't be the last.

Sea Breeze was an absolutely wonderful property! Perfectly located on a quiet street in the center of town, it's just a short walk to the local pubs, restaurants, and shops. We were three people, with a small dog, and had plenty of space. The cottage was cozy and well-equipped, with really thoughtful touches like treats and toys for our small dog, and a gorgeous Xmas tree! The recently refurbished bathroom was spotless, and the lounge was so comfortable. We cooked meals in the kitchen, played some of the board games, and had an overall lovely stay. We can't wait to come back for a second visit!

Had a lovely short stay at the apartment. It was a nice touch leaving a welcome pack. The apartment is first class and just a short stroll down from the harbour. Had a nice meal at the Dreel Tavern and a lovely walk at Ely beach.

We loved our stay in Pittenweem. The village is delightful, the walks along the coast beautiful. Our hosts were quick to answer questions and the house itself was perfect for the three of us to stay in. Very well equipped and welcoming, with enough room to spread out but cozy too. Loved the wood burner and that we’d been left with firewood 😊

Great location, close to harbour, shops, restaurants and the famous chip shop! Very compact and well equipped. Pity not able to use garden at rear as weather was amazing! Great, too for coastal path and outdoor pools. Shower over bath would benefit from grab rail on exiting!

We had a lovely 3 night stay in this very clean, cosy well looked after little house. Well situated, a stones throw from the harbour. We will most definitely be back.

It was a great spot to stay, however a few suggestions for improvement. In the second bedroom some wall hooks for hanging clothes in, or another closet the same as the master bedroom. Also a stacking washer and dryer would be a great addition. We had a hard time drying our clothes as the humidity is high and things just didn’t dry

Enjoyed our stay in this lovely comfortable apartment. It had everything we needed. Loved all the finishing touches.

Very good location immediately behind the harbour and shore area with easy access to shops, restaurants, bars, etc. On street parking but we had no issues during our stay and always found a space very close to the accommodation. The flat is nicely furnished with a nautical theme throughout. Everything was clean and tidy with all necessary utensils, crockery and appliances available. Books and games are also offered for entertainment. The Guide Book is very comprehensive and contains all relevant, legal, residence and user manuals for appliances. Dogs are well catered for its bowls, treats and a towel. Communication by the host is excellent (includes a Seabreeze app) and Daryl is obviously eager to provide a good experience for guests.

Perfect location for walking stretches of the coastal path. Cottage was sparkling clean and very comfortable. Well located to get evening food and drinks I Anstruther Harbour.

Just spent a few days in this lovely ground floor sea side flat. This is probably the best dog friendly flat we have stayed in. Small beach just round the corner ideal for morning dog walks. It is tastefully decorated with everything you need for your short stay. Would definitely stay again. Ideal base to explore the glorious Fife course.

The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped. The area was quiet, but close enough to Anstruther for fabulous cafes and restaurants. The apartment was well positioned for fabulous walks along the Fife coastal path. Daryl was quick to respond to questions i had. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

We spent three nights here and found the house to be warm, inviting, comfortable, well equipped and ideally situated. Pittenweem is such a pretty town with lovely shops and a superb bakery and chippy. We had our two small dogs with us so having a fully enclosed garden and being so close to the beach made it an ideal base for us. We spent 4 nights at Sea Breeze over the Easter holidays. A compact but perfect little place to spend some time in Anstruther. The accommodation is just up off the Main Street on a quiet little road, this did make parking a challenge at times but we generally managed ok. The apartment was clean with everything that’s required, the bedrooms were a great size with 2 single beds for the kids. The kitchen has a seating area which is perfect for a family. The bathroom is small but was ok for showering etc using the overhead shower in the bath. All in all we had a great stay and would definitely be back. Anstruther itself is beautiful with many cafes, chip shops and restaurants to choose from with access to St Andrews and other little villages along the Neuk coast it was the perfect base to explore Fife.

My partner and I stayed at Sealladh Na Mara over Easter 2024 with our little dog. We had a wonderful few days there! The accommodation was well-equipped, spotless and situated in a perfect location - 30 mins by foot from St Monan's and 25 mins from Anstruther. We would heartily recommend this property for a short break.

We had a lovely stay. The flat had everything we could possibly need- including Easter eggs!. The weather was very cold but we were lovely and warm! Position is perfect for easy access to the front, harbour, buses and restaurants. We hope to return again.

What a lovely space in a great location within Anstruther/Cellardyke. Very easy stroll to the harbour and main food and beverage offerings. The apartment is beautifully decorated and was spotlessly clean. Kitchen is very well equipped so if you don’t fancy fish and chips it will be no problem to rustle up whatever you fancy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. Everything we needed was there, and the standard of cleanliness was very good as was the choice of decor and dressing with a nice nautical theme. We find it difficult to know why it doesn't rate a "10" status. Thanks for a great short holiday!

The apartment was very clean and well appointed. Little extras made our arrival easy to settle in. Our stay was relaxing, just what was needed. Catering for our dog was much appreciated. Perhaps 2 sets of keys would be useful and a new key ring as the keys kept coming off the ring.

We had 3 nights in your accommodation and from the very beginning of the process everything was very smooth. I loved the app which had lots of easy to find information. The apartment itself was gorgeous and very well presented. The beds were very comfy and the pillows were the best we've ever experienced! The only comment I would make is that there was old food in the cupboard and the dishwasher still had food in the bottom which hadn't been cleaned out but these are only very small issues. We would definitely book again.

All essentials were provided for us and everything was easy to find and the guide book had whatever we were unsure about. The flat was in walking distance to the lovely town Anstruther. We particularly enjoyed the scoop ice cream shop, the ship tavern and the wee chippy fish and chip shop. We will most definitely be back soon. Thank you so much for having us. We stayed in this beautiful home over a very stormy long weekend. We were able to snuggle down in the beautiful living room with the fire on, listen to records and play games with the kids, whilst we watched the amazing view of the crazy seas outside. The best equipped kitchen I have ever been in for cooking! Once the weather improved we were able to head to the beach, which is literally a few minutes walk away. We also visited the secret bunker, less than 15 minutes away. So many more things to do, that we will definitely be back to see and do. This house feels like a home, so cozy and comfortable. We will be back... if you'll have us! :-)

Our stay in pittenweem was frantastic. What a beautiful house with stunning views and great location near to all amenities. The house is well equipped, everything has been thought of. It felt like home. We would definitely recommend.

A lovely few day spent at coastal retreat. A spacious flat decorated beautifully. It feels very safe as it’s up two flights of stairs and tucked away. As a family of four we all had enough space and enjoyed our visit would definitely book again. One thing missing is a large coffee table to be able to play games on but that’s just my opinion

Lovely apartment ground floor great beds cosy great location.

The apartment was very clean, comfortable and cosy and exactly as shown on the pictures. It is very close to the seafront with lots of restaurants and there was always a free parking place available. The kitchen is well equipped and there is an instruction booklet for every electrical item. I wish we could have stayed longer and might come back. Daryl was easy to reach and very helpful as was the Lady from next door, who helped us finding the right apartment.

Had a lovely relaxing weeks break with my family and 2 Yorkshire terriers. We all had the best time and situated close to the centre as well as the bus links. Spent most of our week within Anstruther and Pittenweem also had a lovely day in St Andrews which we travelled to by bus. The location enabled us to leave our car outside the house and feel confident that it would be safe.

Sea Sound was a great holiday apartment. Spotlessly clean, with lots of attention to detail, such as towels and so forth for the dog, as well as nice wee touches like a welcome basket of bread, jam, and the like for us. Having stayed at Sea Breeze last year, we expected a straightforward booking process, and we were not disappointed. Lots of excellent communication during and after the booking was made, with a very handy e-guide sent through prior to arrival. We'd thoroughly recommend this property, and the company in general. Will be booking again next year!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It's in a nice quiet housing estate and about 2/3 of a mile to the pubs and eateries of Anstruther. You can see the sea from the lounge window as there is a walkway between the houses and its's a quick way down to the sea front. The property is modern and fully equipped. If you like walking you can head up the coast path to Crail or in the other direction to Pittenweem.

What a fantastic flat At Anchor is , the views over the harbour are amazing to begin with so you wouldn’t be disappointed even if weather was bad because you could sit at the window and take in the views.The flat is to a very high standard of cleanliness, the decor is beautifully done,and the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. The house is very spacious.The spiral staircase could be a bit difficult if you are of a certain age to get up and down, but the flat is worth the effort. Daryl is an excellent host she is easily contacted if you have any questions .We will definitely be back.

We have stayed in Anstruther many times and this has been the best place we have stayed in. The flat is in a great central location near the restaurants and shops and harbour. The flat is spotless and well maintained and furnished in quality modern furniture. The newly fitted kitchen is perfect and has everything you would need and more . We will definitely use this flat again.

This is a lovely well-equipped flat in a quiet housing estate. It was so convenient for walking the coastal path to Crail and in the other direction, to Pittenweem. The flat was very comfortable and having SKY tv was an added bonus!

Coastal Retreat was a gem of a place. Despite being close to the centre, on-street parking was not an issue. The property was well appointed with an interior designer’s touch. The beds were comfortable guaranteeing a good night’s sleep. Very impressed with the pre-arrival information which was uploaded onto an App. All in all, the entire booking went smoothly and efficiently. I highly recommend this property and the company managing it.

At Anchor is a lovely well kept spacious two bed apartment with fantastic views out over the harbour and the perfect base to plan you trips around The Kingdom. Downside would be anyone with mobility difficulties may find the access stair case a wee bit hard to negotiate.

The lounge area is very comfortable and the host extremely helpful.

When I arrived on a very stormy cold day the flat was toasty warm and welcoming. Had everything i needed to be confortable and relaxed. Views are stunning and watching the colour of the sea change with the sky is a simple pleasure not to be missed. Would highly recommend, its peaceful and quiet but right in the heart of all amenities.

Coastal Retreat is very comfortable and is in a great location. The hosts are very easy to communicate with and are quick to respond to messages. The furnishings and kitchen equipment at Coastal Retreat are all of a high quality.

Location is excellent and the road is very quiet. We even got parked outside for the four nights we stayed which was a bonus! excellent accommodation

The Accommodation was excellent, very clean, quiet and in an ideal location just off the harbour. We are a family of four with two teenagers, and there was plenty of space and although no allocated parking, we had no problem parking outside the property on the roadside. The communication from Daryl, was excellent throughout and if you are wanting to stay in Anstruther, we would certainly recommend this property.

We loved our stay at Seabreeze. Great location for a wander on to Anstruther Main Street for beach, chip shops, ice cream. Parking was never a problem, always found a spot outside or a little further along the street. Enjoyed the little touches our host left including biscuits, milk, Netflix and board games. The flat was immaculate. Bath towels were a great sizes and beds very comfy. Super handy having hairdryer, washing machine, iron and clothes airier. Will definitely be back! Thank you.

Sea Breeze is in the heart of old Anstruther. It is a beautifully appointed ground floor apartment, directly opposite a Michelin star restaurant and within easy walking distance of the harbour and waterfront. We had no difficulty parking directly outside. Only complaint is that the radio in the kitchen doesn’t get a signal.

Decoration made with care and well thought, like a home. Lots of resources to live comfortably, we did not use even a major part of them.

The little extras like the toast and jam, or the milk in the fridge were welcomed. My son enjoyed using the binoculars. The tv packages were a welcome addition for my first night. The instructions on parking and getting into the property were detailed and easy to use.

Second time staying at a Guide Us Breaks property. 1st time was Sea Sound and this time round we tried See Breeze, both are fantastic properties. Well looked after by the owner and presented beautifully. The bread, milk and jams are a nice touch for arrival. The property is spotless and kitchen facilities are great. Would highly recommend booking a break to one the these properties. Close to the surrounding areas and the famous Anstruther fish and chip bar, handy for costal walks and drives to Crail, St Andrews etc.

? Disliked · The bed and pillows were very soft. A mix/choice of softer & firm pillows (2 of each say) would be useful. The mattress could perhaps do with being upgraded. A second small side table & lamp at the other end of the couch for reading would also be good. Lighting in the bathroom was inadequate for shaving - R shaved in the kitchen for the better light. I don't want this to be taken as negative in any way and this is purely personal choice and observation. It is often only when you spend a few days in a home you reconsider the practicalities. ? Liked · Immaculate, warm and homely. Lovely that there is a store of salt , pepper , tea , coffee etc.. The bread and milk sachets were very welcome. The colour scheme & décor is just lovely. We really thought it was so pretty. We pulled the double bed away from the wall to allow us to move around which wasn't a problem for us. (Perhaps a very small table & lamp would also be of use for those that want to read during the night if required.) The Cellar restaurant is literally across the road and well worth a visit.

We have been staying here for a few years now and as ever, our stay was amazing! The accommodation was spotless, could not fault anything. All amenities are right on the doorstep. Cellardyke a short walk away too and well worth a visit for its coastal walks, so all in all a fab time had by myself and my husband and we look forward to returning again soon!

Fantastic short stay at MayIsle view. Nice flat with awesome view of the May Isle. Doggy Basket with treats were a tremendous boon. Very Close to a beach which Ruff & Rover absolutely loved and close to the coastal path. A great wee pub called the Dreel close by. Defo will stay again.

Outstanding once again. This is our second time visiting and just as good. Immaculate through and through. We love it’s a stones throw away from the Main Street.

Had a lovely couple of nights in this flat. It’s immaculate and very well appointed. The owner had left bread, milk and biscuits which was really appreciated. Don’t be put off by the close which is a bit of an eyesore, it’s no reflection on the flat itself. The owner is really helpful and responds very quickly when you make contact. Really recommend.

Having previously stayed at one of Daryl's other properties in Anstruther we knew what to expect, spotlessly clean, quirky decor, warm on arrival & throughout our stay (it can be very chilly!) Bread , milk ,jam & a wee biscuit until you get your bits from the Co-op. Its a little walk round to Anstruther, near the Dreel Inn ,but not far & as its top floor the views are just lovely. Dog friendly & a wee welcome pack for them also! Will book with Daryl again whenever I return. Recommended. Thank you.

We stayed in Cellardyke for 2 nights and the cottage was lovely and clean, cosy and free parking. Very handy for exploring Fife. Comfortable and very well-equipped.

Stayed in 2 of Daryl’s properties and we cannot fault anything. The cleanliness and quality of the furniture and appliances are excellent and the little touches like milk, bread and jams made our stay special. Ideally situated for stunning walks and scenery and 2 days just wasn’t long enough and can’t wait to return!

We have enjoyed a stay with Guide Us Breaks previously so knew that the standard was very high. Nothing is any trouble to Daryl the host. If you did have a problem it would be fixed immediately. There aren't usually any! We were very comfortable and would return again. The flat is really conveniently placed for walking and shopping and travelling around the area.

Situated just one street back from the seafront, it was easy to get to the harbour, cafes and all the attractions that Anstruther has to offer. I recently stayed at the wonderful Seasound in Cellardyke and I can not recommend it highly enough. The apartment is spotless and has everything you would need. Super comfy beds, spacious bedrooms and champagne glasses!! Perfect. Our host Daryl could also not have been more helpful, getting back to me so quickly with questions I had, very flexible with our ever changing arrival time and going out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. I felt so looked after and so relaxed! I can't thank her enough! 10/10, would absolutely stay again!

Excellent property with everything you need and a super welcome pack. Some lovely touches like nice throws on the couch so you could get cosy watching TV in the evening, also a nice size of TV. Great shower and comfortable beds.

Beautifully presented and immaculately clean. Excellent position to harbour, restaurants and coastal walks. We were very happy we were not able to book in to Pittenweem and had to look for alternative accommodation- this was a gem.
