As our business has evolved, we have now successfully added additional properties to our portfolio at the request of owners.  This has encouraged us to expand our services, and we now offer a full management service for all external owners.

We are keen to ensure your property is a good fit with our brand and we would encourage you to get in touch if you feel you wish to be represented by Guide Us Breaks.  

Our small team offer a very personal service and all our properties are afforded the same standard of service to ensure the standard we offer is retained across all listings - guests often stay in more than one of our properties and each has to be as good as the last - to this end, we welcome a chat with all prospective owners in their holiday accommodation to begin the process.  

Should you be considering listing with us we list all properties on our own website offering the best direct cost to guests, and we also use Booking.com and Air BnB to provide further exposure of your property to the bustling short term let market in the East Neuk.

Management Fees are 15% and changeover costs inclusive of laundry begin from £65 per changeover.
